Upgrades and Downgrades#

Change your server plan at any time as your needs evolve.

Upgrading Your Plan#

Upgrading takes effect immediately:

1. Go to your server panel
2. Click Settings
3. Click Change Plan
4. Select your new plan
5. Review prorated charges
6. Confirm upgrade

Proration#

When upgrading:

• You're charged the difference for the remaining billing period
• Example: Upgrade from Agent ($9.99) to Director ($19.99) halfway through the month
• Charge: ~$5 for the remaining time

Downgrading Your Plan#

Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period:

1. Go to your server panel
2. Click Settings
3. Click Change Plan
4. Select a lower plan
5. Review the changes
6. Confirm downgrade

Important Notes#

• Downgrade happens at billing cycle end
• No immediate refund for unused time
• Ensure your data fits the new storage limit
• Some features may become unavailable
