Managing Subscriptions#
Control your QualityNode subscriptions from your account dashboard.
Viewing Your Subscriptions#
- Go to Account Settings
- Click Subscriptions
- View all active and past subscriptions
Subscription Details#
Each subscription shows:
- Server name and game
- Plan tier (Threshold, Agent, Director, Astral)
- Billing cycle (Monthly/Annual)
- Next billing date
- Price
Billing Cycles#
Monthly Billing#
- Charged on the same date each month
- Full flexibility to cancel anytime
- No long-term commitment
Annual Billing#
- Save up to 17% compared to monthly
- Charged once per year
- Price lock guarantee
- Two months free
Cancelling a Subscription#
- Go to Subscriptions
- Find the subscription to cancel
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Confirm cancellation
Important
Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing period. Your server and data will be preserved until then.
Reactivating a Subscription#
If you cancelled but changed your mind:
- Go to Subscriptions
- Find the cancelled subscription
- Click Reactivate
- Confirm reactivation
Auto-Renewal#
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You'll receive email reminders before renewal:
- 7 days before renewal
- 1 day before renewal
