Our refund policy is designed to be fair and straightforward.

Refund Policy#

48-Hour Money-Back Guarantee#

New customers can request a full refund within 48 hours of their first purchase, no questions asked.

After 48 Hours#

Refunds after the initial 48 hours are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We consider:

  • Service issues on our end
  • Accidental duplicate purchases
  • Extenuating circumstances

What's Eligible#

  • First-time purchases within 48 hours
  • Service outages or technical issues
  • Accidental purchases
  • Duplicate charges

What's Not Eligible#

  • Servers used extensively before refund request
  • Requests made after significant time has passed
  • Cryptocurrency payments (due to irreversibility)
  • Annual subscriptions after 7 days

Requesting a Refund#

  1. Contact support via email or Discord
  2. Include your account email
  3. Specify the server/service
  4. Explain the reason for your request

Processing Time#

  • Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days
  • Other methods may vary

Refund processing time depends on your payment provider. QualityNode typically processes refund requests within 24-48 hours.

Partial Refunds#

In some cases, we may offer a partial refund or account credit:

  • Pro-rated for time not used
  • Applied as credit for future services
