Refund eligibility is governed by the terms presented for the purchase. This knowledgebase does not create a separate eligibility window or processing schedule.

Request billing review#

Open a billing ticket or email support@qualitynode.net with:

• Your account email
• The relevant invoice or order identifier
• The service involved
• A concise description of the billing issue

Do not include card numbers, passwords, or other payment credentials. Billing support will provide the decision and any next steps for the specific purchase.
