New customers can request a full refund within 48 hours of their first purchase, no questions asked.
After 48 Hours#
Refunds after the initial 48 hours are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We consider:
- Service issues on our end
- Accidental duplicate purchases
- Extenuating circumstances
What's Eligible#
- First-time purchases within 48 hours
- Service outages or technical issues
- Accidental purchases
- Duplicate charges
What's Not Eligible#
- Servers used extensively before refund request
- Requests made after significant time has passed
- Cryptocurrency payments (due to irreversibility)
- Annual subscriptions after 7 days
Requesting a Refund#
- Contact support via email or Discord
- Include your account email
- Specify the server/service
- Explain the reason for your request
Processing Time#
- Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days
- PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days
- Other methods may vary

Refund processing time depends on your payment provider. QualityNode typically processes refund requests within 24-48 hours.
Partial Refunds#
In some cases, we may offer a partial refund or account credit:
- Pro-rated for time not used
- Applied as credit for future services
